Oaks Assistant is for exclusive internal use by Prize Oaks. No license is granted to any third party.

QuickBooks Integration

Oaks Assistant connects to QuickBooks Online via the official Intuit API. Use complies with Intuit's API Terms of Service.

Oaks Assistant is provided as-is for internal operational use. Prize Oaks makes no warranties beyond its intended internal business function.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
